Spanish tailor-made programmess

ATLAS’ goal is to meet our costumers’ requirements as much as possible. That is why, although we work on the academic matter, we also work in close collaboration with long experienced agencies that organize accommodation and cultural/leisure activities. So we offer programmes that can be tailored to a group of students’ needs. The duration of these programmes is established according to the requirements of the group promoting the trip.
These programmes are specially designed for groups who come to Spain on study tours promoted by a school, a company or a group of adults and consist of a complete package including:
- Spanish course
- Programme of cultural-leisure activities (if requested)
- Accommodation (with host families, holiday apartments, hotel…, if requested)
What do we offer that is different?:
- Flexible class schedules (including weekend lessons if necessary)
- A new and small friendly school with a welcoming and personalized atmosphere
- Location on the ground floor of a pedestrian street very near the centre and the accommodation options
- Competitive prices
- School of languages (English, French, Portuguese…): centre for «intercambio» (language exchange) with Spaniards
Study-Trip Spanish courses
These courses are specially designed for groups of school age students under 18 years old who accompanied by some teachers responsible for the group come to Spain on study tours promoted by their school. These school-trip programmes consist of a complete package including a Spanish course combined with a programme of cultural activities and accommodation with host families. This is a very helpful service for the teachers promoting the trip in the country of origin since, once they have contacted us, the agency will design the trip according to their requirements. The minimum of students to be considered as a «Study Trip» is 5 and we have capacity for 52 students in groups of 8 to 10 (maximum per room). We welcome students from 12 years old of all cultures (to date we have welcomed groups from the UK, France, Austria, Norway, USA, Russia, New Zealand, Maurice and Guadalupe Islands…

The duration and intensity of the lessons are established in advance for each particular group in accordance with the teachers and according to the content of the program itself. Lessons usually take place in the morning, although it depends on the sightseeing schedule and the activities included. If the programme so requires, they can also take place during the weekend.
Revision of the course contents and oral practice are emphasized. Our classes are based on the communicative approach and we put special emphasis on placing the students in the ordinary context of the Spanish language. Lessons are attractive to teenagers and a balance of learning and having fun. Some of the contents demanded by previous schools are:
- Grammar revision through speaking
- Oral presentations
- Vocabulary games
- Activities with songs
- Activities with films
- Role plays
- Idioms and slang
- Non-verbal communication: gestures
- Contemporary Spanish Literature
- Writing workshop
- Culture and society: festivals, cinema, music, media, publicity

Similarly to the school-trip courses, these are specially designed for those tours which wish to include a Spanish course within their package. These programmes consist of a complete package including a Spanish language course, accommodation (host families, holiday apartments, hotel…) and a programme of cultural activities in Granada and even outside the city. The duration and intensity of the lessons, as well as the content of the programme itself are established in advance for each particular group in accordance with the people promoting the trip. Levels
When finishing your course, and provided you attended at least 90% of the lessons, you will be awarded an Attendance Certificate stating:
- The type of course
- The duration (number of hours)
- The level achieved
- The corresponding linguistic objectives achieved
Likewise, if you wish to, you can also do a final exam corresponding to your level. This is a way to self-assess, and the result of such an exam will also appear on your certificate.
